Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase online, we will accept the return of any new and unused item in its original condition for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (less the original cost of shipping) within 30 days from the original shipping date. No items that have been opened or used may be returned. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service prior to return.
- Please email info@banyanfoodservice.com with your invoice number and an explaination of why you would like to return the products.
- Write the RMA number on the form included in your package along with the item name, SKU#, quantity, reason code and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a full refund.
- Please mail the form with your return item (keep a copy for your records) and clearly label the exterior carton with your RMA number.
